Enjoyment, learning, and participation in Hurling

GoGames

What is
GoGames?

Go Games are small-sided, fun-first versions of Hurling, hurling, and camogie, designed especially for children under the age of 12 (8-12). The focus is firmly on enjoyment, learning, and participation, with simplified rules, no competitive scores, and equal playing time for every child. Go Games give young players the chance to develop their skills in a relaxed, supportive environment. It’s all about building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and helping children fall in love with the game from an early age.

End of Year GoGames Blitz

For parents and guardians interested in having their children participate, it’s advisable to stay connected with your local club’s coaching officers. They can provide information on upcoming blitzes, registration details, and any preparatory sessions.

Participating in the Go Games Blitz at Dr. Hyde Park is more than just a game; it’s an experience that leaves lasting memories for young hurlers, instilling pride and a deeper connection to their sport and community.
